Day Close

Day Close is option to restrict data Entry, Modification, Deletion in Previous Dates. There is an option 'Use Day Close Option' at Extra --> Options form.

This option will show only to 'Admin' user. If user tick this option then a new menu appear under accounts menu

On Click 'Day Close' menu a form will open

There is a button 'Day Close'. if user click then after that time no account related entry can be Save / Modify / Delete

'Day Close' will consider only those transactions which has directly effect on accounts.

After day close 'Admin' user can Save / Modify / Delete any entry.
