Maintain your staffs contact numbers with their address and marriage anniversary etc. you may also send SMS in bulk to your staff


  1. You can search any records with name of employee.
  2. Click 'Add New' button to enter new record.



  1. Type contact name of employee and enter company/school name if you want.
  2. Choose group according to employees designation to create new group press F1 button. It may be Admin, Teaching Staff, Non-Teaching Staff etc.
  3. Choose category it should be according  to selected group e.g. If Admin – vise principal, grade 4 – maids, gardener
  4. Enter address
  5. Type date of birth, name, contact no and residence if any
  6. Office name with other details and save it.
